The chemotherapy treatment has just started! All the tubes are hooked up, the chemotherapy is flowing, and the battle is on!
I had expected to feel really creeped out and scared at the idea of all this toxic stuff flowing into my body. The nurses wear special protective gear as they administer the chemo, they dispose of the tubing and wrapping into a special toxic waste unit and we're asked to flush the toilet at least twice because our waste is also toxic! but instead, I'm excited! the battle is on! Go get those cancer cells! Yay, chemo!
