Round Two of Chemo almost Done

Just a quick update to let you know that I had most of my second round of chemo today, so that means IV chemo medicine drip for about 5 hours, 3 pills that will continue daily for about a week, and a lumbar puncture, without experiencing any immediate side effects like nausea, headaches or exhaustion. This is also accompanied by a drip of fluid that hydrates me and protects my stomach, kidneys, etc from the chemo.

We also received the results of an MRI that was done last night as part of an investigation into the cause of my recent panic attacks. We were told that "the mass" (interchangeably used for "tumors") "has shrunk considerably and there is nothing new". So that is very good news! Thank you, Lord! Now we're wondering what "considerably" means, as in what percentage? I'll add that to my list of questions to ask the doctor next time he comes around.

And now it's time to get to bed for some rest. Goodnight!

Thanks again for all your continued love, support and prayers!

Day by day,
Day by day,
O, dear Lord, three things I pray;
To see Thee more clearly,
Love Thee more dearly,
Follow Thee more nearly,
Day by day, by day, by day by day...
